Dianna was extremely helpful and kind. My Fiance had her annual blood work done this afternoon, but she had a very bad reaction and panic attack to the procedure, no fault of Dianna's. Her hands and legs locked up and she started to pass out, but Dianna helped to keep her calm. Got her a cooling pack, elevated her legs and massages her hands until they released.
