Went because I am having trouble breathing, been having pain in my upper and middle back. I have a huge issue with going to the doctors and being judged. I was judged immediately by Haung Le a supposed doctor. She judged me immediately as drug seeking and dismissed what my concerns were and guessed at what is wrong. She said it's probably covid. We're still here but we ALWAYS get excellent care here. We've never had to wait to get in either.
I have allowed 5 months to pass since my visit to the Lewis Center ER. In that time I have made dozens of phone calls, written a letter and an email. To give a short version of the visit, upon discharge the symptoms that caused the visit had not subsided, but the doctor insisted we should go. Following the post care instructions I called back in several hours later and expressed a concern that the symptoms continued, I was told to go to a real ER! I took my son here after he fell. The staff were professional, helpful, and treated my son quickly and efficiently. My son has multiple disabilities. The staff were patient with his endless questions and small talk. I would highly recommend utilizing this medical facility. I will use them again if needed. It was a good experience for us both.
