I came to Mount Carmel ER for a broken collarbone because urgent care sent me there, but instead of care I was met with suspicion. At one point 6+ employees came into my room together, staring at me and questioning me in a way that felt like an interrogation, asking why I was there and who told me to come. I have no complaints about wait times; there are none. The staff was friendly and personable. However, if you are uninsured, go elsewhere. I was charged $4,500 for a short visit, which is excessive, and my problem was not resolved. I had to go to the OSU Wexner ER the next day, where I was charged half that amount and my issue was resolved.
Easily accessed and great care from attentive staff.

The staff at this hospital are so kind and compassionate. They immediately helped me every way that they could and made me feel like they cared. Dr. Hamilton was a lovely person and a great doctor!
