Came for severe abdominal/chest pain that had been happening for 5 hours at this point. It took hours to even be checked in. Then a total 5 hours for a nurse to take 2 tubes of blood, put an iv in, had to give a urine sample and then had to carry the urine back into the waiting room. Was then sent back to the waiting room to wait another 3 hours before being brought back to a room. It has been a total of 9 hours so far and I finally asked for someone to release me. Very poor experience in the er at grove city first the horribly long wait and when finally taken in after 6 hours get sent home with the wrong medication and not to mention the either misread ekg or the lack of transparency of even doing an ekg of a patient having a heart issue so they suggest call the patient hotline and its a 4 to 5 day wait to hear back, so the issue is either the lack of caring or not enough people to handle the incoming issues hence the below 3 stars and the fact they will not allow a zero star rating

Yesterday I spent 10 hours in waiting room in emergency room. I watched as the entire waiting room was emptied twice yet I was left there to suffer when i saw people with same symptoms go before me. I was told by staff that my need didnt merit getting treatment sooner. REALLY I DONT MATTER. I was told they had other medical issues. REALLY you want to see my list. I was very late, waiting for over 6 hours for nothing, and when I complained to the receptionist, she told me to take my family member to a very poor pet room. Terrible service. I don't recommend it; look for another option, but definitely not this one.
