The doctors here are dismissive and do not engage in patient-centered care. Try to push treatments that the patient is uncomfortable with and uses unreliable information or personal opinion to make medical decisions. This place is one of the only places that accept my insurance. I feel completely defeated, dismissed and deceived.
This office is extremely incompetent when it comes to prescriptions. It takes weeks to get a prescription filled if a prior authorization is involved. They are also slow to respond to basic prescription requests if they respond at all. The staff is friendly and professional when you’re in the office, but that’s the only time they give their patients the appropriate time and attention. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for primary care if you have a choice.
