Dave, Erika, and whole staff was amazing.
This is the nicest emergency room I have ever been to. From the nice security guard at the front, to the front desk attendants, to the nurses both bedside and tele, to the doctors. Everyone was fantastic. The facility is brand new and state of the art. If you are wondering if you will get a pleasant experience here, my guess would be 100% yes!
I can’t say enough how grateful I am to the emergency department staff. I brought my elderly mother-in-law in for an unexpected episode of dizziness. Many might have brushed it off and sent her home, but Dr. Julie and the nursing staff were truly exceptional. Dr. Julie spoke directly to her — not to me, as so many others might — and she took the time to listen, understand, and make her feel genuinely seen and heard. That meant the world to us. I went to the doctor last Friday because I had chest pain. The doctor spoke to me as if he could lecture me, saying I'd been to the ER several times and the exams hadn't shown anything. Well, if someone has chest pain, what should they do? Wait at home? Besides that, he asked me why I didn't drive, not understanding why (as if it were any of his business).
