Very unorganized office staff...nurses to the scheduling team
Rude, pushy office staff. They were sent an urgent request to see me by my primary care physician who is also a Mt. Carmel doctor on a Thursday. They didn't call me to schedule until the following Monday and when I explained to the staff that I had been to the ER with the problem while waiting the staff blew up at me on the phone. Like I'm supposed to tell my heart to schedule its problems around Columbus Cardiology's schedule. Very unprofessional.
