Always friendly and helpful. Great business.
Disgusted by the service. I was given another customers product (similar size and dimensions). I drive home and realize it's the wrong size. Call back and say the cuts wrong and the guy Mark says "yeah I'll cut another one" and hangs up. Costs me more time and fuel to drive back and the first thing he says is "did you bring back the other plate"? No apology or accountability for putting a customer out of time and pocket for their mistake. I told him I didn't bring it back and he spits it at me. I actually had it with me, but... read more
