WILL NEVER RECOMMEND, NOT EVEN TO WORST ENEMY. Went for brake quote for all 4 corners. Got a call saying I need front done I asked about rears. Said they didn't get that far as a front stud was cross threaded, which they weren't because I had recently changed wheels and tyres at home and done them up by hand. Asked what needed replacing on the front and they said not sure, well go check mate, that's what it's here for. Today I have a flat tyre and guess what, not just one cross threaded but 3, 2 loose and 1 nut rounded off. ... read more

Stopped in first thing in the morning after hitting a kangaroo. Nile kindly checked out the car (in the car park). He asked the history of what happened and how the car ran on the way to his. He was very reassuring and was great to talk to. I was pretty sure the car would be ok to drive to Perth (carefully) but, having him say the same was good.

I went in with a problem noise from the back of my van, and Caitlin took it for a drive and referred me to a tyre specialist. While it was on the hoist, she had a good look and feel of the front wheels and diagnosed faulty mount rack which could have been dangerous. She ordered parts which were freighted in. Her and Nial kept me informed during the process. I was very happy with the professionalism and everything about this place. Thankyou
