A few issues. Came in to purchase 2 products, mulch and pebbles. Firstly, they sold me the mulch with delivery on the day and called me back 5 hours later to tell me they actually didn't have it. I have a baby so getting in there to do it was a mission already, it seems like common sense would be to sell what's available - not a product that's out of stock for half further half a month.
