I recently visited Mount Barker Kia after unfortunately missing out on the car I originally had my heart set on. However, Andrew was absolutely fantastic in helping me find another one! Andrew was super friendly, helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He even helped lug my daughter’s car seat around so I could take the car for a test drive! 😂 Nothing was ever too much trouble. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and never made me feel pressured into anything. They even allowed me to take the car for an indep... read more
Exceptional customer service from Shaun Moyle. No pressure and hard sell, he listened to my requirements one of which was that it had to fit a gazebo. Thanks Brett, not many dealerships do that. Great communication from Shaun as my queries were answered promptly. Realistic delivery date and my Kia Sportage was delivered on time. I... read more
Just picked up my new KIA Picanto from Mt Barker KIA and this has been one of the best experiences of buying a car I’ve had. Wesley was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Showed me a couple of different cars made sure I was introduced to relevant people and that I had all the information I needed. Definitely recommend Mt Barker KIA and Wesley to anyone looking for a new car!
Excellent experience at this dealership. Even though we ended up going with a car from a different dealership, Wes was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable on our test drive. Even after I had to move our appointment around 3 times and had to drag the baby along with us!
I have been to 7 dealers previously while searching for a car for the family and Mr Wesley has by far been the best car salesman I have ever met. Honest, transparent and kind. We felt very well taken care of and I would recommend him as the go to guy any day. He was more than happy to send our offers to the manager no matter how ridiculous they sounded because he wanted us to have peace of mind that we got the best price and the best car for us.Thank you Wesley! We really can’t be grateful enough, we were so stressed beforeh... read more
