Waited 7 days for delivery of vehicle after Mt Barker Kia received the vehicle. Upon delivery there were in excess of 30+ stickers/protective films/covers left on and within the vehicle (several left adhesive residue requiring solvents to remove). After receiving the vehicle I noticed there were fixings missing from the vehicle. Addressed with a different Kia service centre and had them look into this at the 3k complimentary service. These guys did a fantastic job helping me get into my car sooner. Andrew was awesome and easy to deal with. A special shout out to Brian in finance who got things done in a short turn around time.
Wes did a great job of handing over the new Kia Sportage. I did not have to wait long for delivery.
Am very happy with their workshop, have moved here to service my car after another dealer had it for three weeks and could not diagnose the problem (told me that my car is behaving as it should). I now have issue soughted after one visit for diagnosis and another for repair (had to wait for a major part).
