Just picked up my new KIA Picanto from Mt Barker KIA and this has been one of the best experiences of buying a car I’ve had. Wesley was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Showed me a couple of different cars made sure I was introduced to relevant people and that I had all the information I needed. Definitely recommend Mt Barker KIA and Wesley to anyone looking for a new car!
Excellent experience at this dealership. Even though we ended up going with a car from a different dealership, Wes was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable on our test drive. Even after I had to move our appointment around 3 times and had to drag the baby along with us!
I have been to 7 dealers previously while searching for a car for the family and Mr Wesley has by far been the best car salesman I have ever met. Honest, transparent and kind. Our experience at this dealer was SO frustrating! As a hills family we so wanted to support a local business. After a test drive and assessment of our car to trade, we then spend another 2.5 hours in the showroom with zero outcome. Hugo was really nice and personable....but couldn't just give us a simple price. There was endless up and down as he told us 'I'll speak to our manager' and 'I want to get you the best deal' - but we left without a single price on either of the two vehicles we loved. Waited 7 days for delivery of vehicle after Mt Barker Kia received the vehicle. Upon delivery there were in excess of 30+ stickers/protective films/covers left on and within the vehicle (several left adhesive residue requiring solvents to remove). After receiving the vehicle I noticed there were fixings missing from the vehicle. Addressed with a different Kia service centre and had them look into this at the 3k complimentary service.
