They do good health care but they never pick up the phone
Avoid Dr Daniel...terrible doctor....doctors like this are forcing patients to clog up the public hospitals by neglecting their duty of care to patients. If this Dr cannot provide treatment to patients who "are not his patients" but are patients at the clinic then this clinic needs to restrict dr Daniel's appointments to the small number of people Daniel solely treats. Dr Bal Dhillon has been absolutely amazing throughout my pregnancy. Right from the first time meeting her, it was clear she was extremely knowledgeable and always allowed time for myself or my husband to ask questions. We have had a very complicated and stressful pregnancy and Bal was always supportive and showed that she truely cared about the wellbeing of me and my baby. They didn't even call me for my appointment after they scheduled the time slot. They cancelled by text message after I made myself free for the appointment and tried to blame me for not adding payment details to HotDoc. My payment details were on there and up to date. No apologies or anything. Very poor service.
