Meredith lodging now runs the place and the booking, the check-in and service was all a disaster! Canceled our room 11 days before we were scheduled to go and said we would have to reschedule our trip because there was no place for us to stay. We were going there for a family reunion and no way could we reschedule. Then there were workers on the balcony at 7:15 am hammering and sawing. At least a price break would have been appreciated for all the trouble we had, but nothing! Don't book through Meredith lodging!
Just arrived and the place has not been cleaned prior to arrival. Ridiculous. We waited until 4pm to check in and it's dirty.
Have told front desk 3 times about nail heads sticking up and stubbing toes, seems when told that we have a toddler with us that they would have gotten it taken care of, however never taken care of while here. Decks are in very sad shape and in need of repairs!.
