I found this one of the easiest places to get an MRI. They have very updated machine and was so fast to have a cervical MRI. Staff was so sweet too.

Just warning folks that this is not an open MRI. My mistake I didn't ask ahead of time. However the staff is not at all warm or welcoming in fact slightly abrasive which was definitely not a feel-good. I would definitely never go back there, too many other places that have open MRI and polite and kind staff. Oh also when you enter and look at the directory there is no indication that it's on the first floor.

Got a Dexa there, pretty painless although some staff were a bit rude. I attempted to wait for my records, but they assured me they would be available on MyChart. Unfortunately they are not. I've had many Dexas in my life, and every other provider puts the image on MyChart. I called to get my records, they never called me back, called again several days later and I was told an outsourced provider handled records. Then I have to call the outsourced provider, who sends me a form, which I then have to email to Mount Auburn. Who... read more

Very rude personnel. If you have a choice, avoid this place.
