Not a negative review kind of person, but this one warrants it. They either can't or won't send what needs to be sent where; confirming something was sent was pointless because it wasn't true anyway. Oh, and then phone number on their website? Doesn't work. No way to get in touch with them when you need to make sure they've sent the images they claim to have sent. Holding information hostage because you decided to leave their care is abhorrent. Avoid avoid avoid.
These reviews are correct. They deserve an award for the rudest medical staff on the East Coast. This radiology team are slow and full of attitude. Getting my X-Ray taken was easy (they are happy to take money). Getting the X-Ray set to my doctor was almost impossible (they are not happy to do some work). There are many other radiology clinics you can go to in Boston that have a baseline of competence and zero attitude.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Purposely ignored me when trying to check in. Acted confused instead of doing their job and helping as a first time patient. Both staff rude for no reason, and were being rude to all other patients there.
I found this one of the easiest places to get an MRI. They have very updated machine and was so fast to have a cervical MRI. Staff was so sweet too.
Just warning folks that this is not an open MRI. My mistake I didn't ask ahead of time. However the staff is not at all warm or welcoming in fact slightly abrasive which was definitely not a feel-good. I would definitely never go back there, too many other places that have open MRI and polite and kind staff. Oh also when you enter and look at the directory there is no indication that it's on the first floor.
