Horrible blood drawing experience. Got sent here and told they don’t do the horizon screening test, when in fact they do because their clinic manager scheduled the test order. For another blood drawn, the technician did a poor job and gave me a massive bruise /swelling afterwards. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is a shame that Harvard/mount auburn medical system has such a poorly run outpost.
Terrible experience with the staff and one of the doctors here. They made a mistake with their paperwork that trickled down the line and resulted in me receiving a hospital bill for things that ought to be covered by my insurance. I have made around 8 calls to this office and other MAH offices but the problem is still not solved. Nobody apologized and nobody helped.
If there was an option for no stars that would be a more appropriate rating. I miscarried and their level of care was nonexistent. In no way did they prepare me for the amount of physical pain I would experience, they didn’t check in on me once and they weren’t even capable of sending orders for my labs. I would never wish an experience with a practice such as this on my worst enemy.
