I love the doctor. The staff are very helpful. It’s a really nice practice.
The front desk is very helpful, and the doctors are nice. Sometimes they are busy and you might be on hold for a bit but once someone is talking with you, they'll take care of you.
We've only seen Dr Li so we can't comment on the experience of the other pediatricians, but Dr Li is really kind, thorough and patient. She called me close to 5pm on a Friday holiday weekend in response to a concern I had about a medication, which was so helpful instead of worrying about finding urgent care on the weekend. It is true that the front desk staff sometimes seem overwhelmed, but I have seen improvements in the two years we have been here.
They are not worth a star, not even half. They let my ex's partner without any legal custody/medical directive take my child to see Dr. Li. Apparently strangers from the street can take my child to this practice to be seen. They (Samantha) promised to have an urgent prescription filled by Dr. Priver at 3:30pm on a Friday and promised to follow up. She did not. On hold and hung up on again and again trying to speak to someone at my doctors office whenever they answer they ignore you no matter what you say and put you back on hold
