I had a workplace injury. Luckily I went to ER and not to them at first because I was referred to them to get checked and they didn't pick up my phone for 3 days, I left 2 voice mails too. Nobody called back. Finally they told me they can't accept me without a claim number. My filing is still ongoing. So I just can't get the care I need from them in a timely manner.
They are very welcoming and friendly in assisting. My physical was done on time.
