This center is wonderful. They made me feel right at home and were very kind. The staff is caring and personable and made my experience enjoyable. They’re very knowledgeable and made me feel safe!
Trying to schedule an exam with Mt. Auburn is a nightmare, any specialty or GP but especially ob/gyn. All receptionist staff work for remote call centers; they do not work at the practice you are trying to visit or with anyone at the practice you are trying to visit. I tried to move forward a pelvic exam as a new patient with the Fresh Pond location because I found a breast lump. My wife just had her baby and the OBGYN nurses at Mt. Auburn were absolutely AWFUL! 6 weeks of calling them, trying to get help, and being told every time "Just call back in 2 weeks" by them. For 6 weeks they wouldnt give her the time of day. Absolutely just rushing to get her off the phone. She finally goes in for her 6 week appointment and they tell her "After 6 weeks its not our problem, go call your Primary Care."
