Horrible front office. Waited 6 months for an appointment only to receive a call the week of the appointment that the doctor needed to reschedule to another 6 weeks out, and if that time didn’t work, I had to wait another 5 months. No excuses or apologies offered. Rude as well. Seek care elsewhere.
Awful if your DR leaves they schedule you a year out and good luck getting your medications. The receptionist never give the DR any messages.
Dr. Lipshutz is wonderful. I have seen him for epilepsy on and off for over 10 yrs. He is always patient and kind and a joy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and makes one feel safe. The staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant, even joyful (which is refreshing especially in these times). I highly recommend neurology at Mt.Auburn hospital!
