Don’t go here …. It’s not an emergency room it’s a waiting room with staff who r rude and ignore you. No triage … literally ! I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down. A news station needs to do a report on them ….its a total sham. Never come here Update: apparently they don’t have triage until 11 am hence the just sitting without being seen… once we got inside the doctors were great. Still won’t go here again but it’s too bad it feels like no one cares until you see a doctor.
A GREAT Emergency Dept. located inside Mount Auburn Hospital-A Harvard University Teaching Hospital in Cambridge, MA. It is convenient to get to by car and if traveling by bus- use Rtes. 71 & 73 either Inbound or Outbound
While the waiting room leaves some things to be desired, overall had a great experience with the staff here during my mom’s recent visit. From the receptionist who brought me water, to the friendly triage nurse and the highly capable PA who did an excellent job with her stitches- greatly appreciated the care that was given here. Everyone was very kind and helpful on a busy Monday night
What a horrible experience. Waited hours to be seen, before leaving. The staff was nasty to a few of the patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
