The finance department was not transparent with their charges. The black woman I talked to in person had a disrespectful behavior when I went to her office to inquire about an unknown charge from the hospital that was billed to the wrong insurance. All she said is that it wasn’t them and smirked at me. Later I figured out that IT WAS the hospital and that lady simply did not know what she was talking about and was being unprofessional. They ignored a suspicious mammogram for weeks because no provider bothered to look at the imaging (that has been done at their center) and then when I called after the two weeks I had been instructed to wait, I was told they did not have prior imaging, but in fact they had received high level imagining within 24 hours of the appointment (which I eventually confirmed from both the sending and receiving institutions) and it had just been sitting there ignored. Drove 2 hours to be seen. Was 10 minutes late due to traffic. I only live about 10 miles north. Was denied by the provided to be seen and treated. Don’t waste your time, go to winchester or lahey, this would never happen there.
