Just wasted 8 hours of my life in the ER for them to dismiss my case and tell me to drink water, something they could've done much earlier on. Dr. Heid in the ER is very confused, not very personable, and was disrespectful to me and my needs. She ignored almost everything I said and wasted my time, without any regard. This hospital used to be good, MANY years ago. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone these days. I had to change my OB from there, and now I know I will never visit the ER again, either. I gave birth to my daughter here and I loved everything about their midwifery practice. The midwives at mount Auburn are awesome!
An absolute disgrace. 4.5 hours in room saw md once. 2 test later and a major melt down, md finally came back in. Rn just walks away when shift was over after saying she would be in. I'm embarrassed to say I even worked here. Customer service sucks.
