This place needs 6 stars. What an incredible experience I had, and I must say, the best by any dentist team. Ever. First, Patti at the reception is an angel. Kind, caring and efficient. What a great initial welcome to the practice. Second, the support team. The hygienist and team were warm, kind and a pleasure. They really focused on your comfort and were thorough and efficient. Recently moved to the area and this is the most welcoming, customer centric dentists I have ever been too. Dr. fab and the team have been amazing so far! Would definitely recommend it to others in the area.
Poor service, it took two appointments and 5 people to get one basic cleaning done. Services extremely overpriced compared to other dental centres. Pushy and invasive. Office smells of mold and is in disrepair. No TV's in rooms during appointments. They need to put all the extra money they make for over charging clients back into the business instead of in their pockets.
Everyone is so friendly! I appreciated that they were honest with me and talked me through what they were doing. Thanks for making the dentist not so stressful!
