Saw my hot water heater had a drip leak. Called Reed & Son's. Very pleasant on the phone. They dispatched the technician Nick within the hour. Nick arrived and saw the issue and gave me several options which he offered. The hot water heater was replaced and we were up and running in a few hours. Great job. Nick was very informative and he got along well with our black lab dog!! I didn't meet Shad as he came later. I appreciate their quick response to fix this problem. Thanks!!
These guys are the best in the area!
Dallas came out for a follow up on the work they did, more specifically on the water softener. The water softener is working very well and everything else they did has been too; e.g. installing a new shower
Chad was great. On time , went the extra mile, very courteous 5 star effort. I would recommend the whole office perfect.
Joe, Butch,Corey, and Gabe did a great job getting the old septic pipe out and putting the new line in. They all worked very hard from start to finish. They ruff graded the new line and raked it out to finish it off. I will be using Reed and Son on the future for plumbing problems.
