The dentist here is great and not pushy but the office is so chaotic. There is no communication between the front office and the hygienists and dentist. I have called and scheduled, rescheduled and changed appointments for multiple kids and the original appointment is what they have in their system somehow. This hasn’t happened once but multiple times! I have never seen the receptionists be pleasant or cheerful. They always act like it’s an inconvenience that you’re there.
