Had my 1st visit to Dr. Mercer today! The staff were wonderful, the office is beautiful and high tech, and Dr. Mercer is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and offers options.
Katie referred me to this dentistry and I am glad she did. I have immense anxiety due to bad past experiences with dental offices and these girls really help ease that anxiety. Extremely clean and well kept environment and friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.
This was the first time I'd been to a dentist in over 10years. And. The first time I'd had any sort of medical procedure done since an emotional surgery a year ago. Dr. Mercer and her assistant Madeline. Helped me through the entire appt. They were able to get me in within a couple months of reporting a sensitive tooth issue. They gave me options of just an exam, or possibly filling the tooth at this visit if time allowed. THANK GOD for both of these caring and tender hearted women. I had the very best care at Mount Airy Family Dentistry! I have had significant dental work done throughout my life, and this place is just AMAZING!! Everyone is…. The entire staff! The dentist is perfect and doesn’t recommend anything not needed, greatly appreciated! The hygienist did a wonderful job and thorough:). If you’re wondering what dentist to go see…. Look no further, this is just the place u have been looking for:):)
