If they was zero stars I would give them that. Steve sold me a vehicle and told me nothing was wrong with it. He said they was a 360 inspection done on it which was a lie. Within a week time my son was driving the vehicle ans the bolt strut came out and almost caused my son his life. Then once we got it to the dealership we found out that the timing chain was going out of the vehicle and that the code cleared before they sold it. They are scammers. The owner is HEINICKE, JOHN WILLIAM III, apparently he has no clue what is going on with this business. Apparently the manager is incompetent and does not understand good customer service. My Mother and I went up there around Dec 16th 2023 to purchase a car we felt would not be stolen, had 2 cars stolen, however things did not turn out and for good faith my mother gave them 500.00 for a deposit.
