We came here by accident and ended up staying, changing from our local veterinarian to mount airy and Dr Sabrina Palm. Dr Palm and the staff are all very friendly receptive and helpful. Dr Palm researches everything and refers our dogs when needed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has caught issues other veterinarians have missed or misdiagnosed.
We Love Mt.Airy Animal Hospital!! It is very clean, the staff is friendly, efficient and warm, they are very organized, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our Betty went in for a routine visit, she was fine and we left. 30 minutes later her face swelled up, her little soft muzzle was hard, so we rushed back. The furry members of our family have relied on the Mt. Airy Animal Hospital to keep them healthy for several years now and I wouldn't have it any other way! The friendly welcome of the staff, the super fair prices prices, and general support for meds or questions we have that we have gotten from this veterinary clinic is without comparison.
Only giving 2 stars for the few staff that helped my puppy for an er visit. There are some awesome peeps there. But unfortunately my last experience was horrible and I will not be returning. Prices are insane, when I dropped off my daughter's pup for a stay the vet tech working that day handed me and estimated amount $1,400! Never in my dog career have I ever seen a spay that high. So I went through the estimate and there were several things on there I did not want or ask for and my daughter lives in PA so to have this happe... read more
