I would select zero stars if it was an option. This so called physican is bias, judgemental, rude, and clearly didn't take his oath seriously. Maybe he is good to select patients but the interactions my mom has had with him have all been terrible minus the one where my dad was present. So maybe add sexist to the list as well. He will refuse to treat you and belittle you if he finds out you are a smoker.
