Dr. Joshua Price , his nurses and receptionist are so nice and attentive. Dr Price does not rush and try to hurry you up he really is concerned for your health . I'm so glad he is my doctor, I'm 65 and need a caring doctor. That is concerned for my health.
Our family love the new staff at MPCA!! We have been using this office for over 30 plus years, we are pleased with how very kind and very helpful everyone always is. Change is definitely different, as always, but we are very pleased with how the change over is going when it comes to our family and medical needs.
We are not happy with this medical facility, they have changed such a great Doctor’s practice. You are now forced out to other Dr.’s to get your medications. This is awful. Your primary Doctor should know there patients and prescribe them there medication they need. You now have to go see another doctor, a waste of time and money. It’s sad to see there is no more Doctor, patient relationship in the medical profession. I’m very aggravated with the accounting/billing department. They have repeatedly charged me for a visit that Insurance paid. On the bill it says call office for billing issues. You call the office, they give you the accounting phone number but all you get is a voicemail to leave a message and they will return your call but it never happens. The charge on the bill was because someone in the office transposed #’s on Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance information into computer resulting in a office visit charge.
