Was very unhappy with the service today! I felt like my concern for my son was pushed aside
I’m giving one star only because I can’t give a zero. If you have insurance and your copay is $35.00, they charge you $65.00. This extra charge I was told is to pay for those who can’t afford insurance or the copay. I’m told this is legal but I’m not convinced. I’m going to check with my lawyer, and also make a complaint with BCBS. The office staff tried to sabotage me when I needed assistance.
God forbid you need a serious referral to see a surgeon or something because they will tell you they sent it 30 times and everytime it is in fact NOT SENT. Front desk people don’t know what they’re talking about. Summarize this place in one word: LAZYYYYY. SOO LAZY!
