This hospital does great work! The doctors and staff are very dedicated to their patients!
The last several times I've gone here the front desk people have had an attitude. That is if they will look up from their phones or are done gossiping so they can address you in the first place. Thousands of people are looking for jobs but from all of the reviews it seems that this place has consistently hired bad receptionists for the last several years.
Was very unhappy with the service today! I felt like my concern for my son was pushed aside
I’m giving one star only because I can’t give a zero. If you have insurance and your copay is $35.00, they charge you $65.00. This extra charge I was told is to pay for those who can’t afford insurance or the copay. I’m told this is legal but I’m not convinced. I’m going to check with my lawyer, and also make a complaint with BCBS.
