Have been on hold for 20 mins & told to please hold 5 times. I have a quick yes or no question. Just one question.
My only issue is with those running the front desk. Very unprofessional. I have called in on more than one occasion where someone would answer the phone only to say “could you hold please” and immediately leave the line. Holding is not the issue. Holding for more than 20 min is a serious issue. You’re only left with two options and that is either to hang up or keep holding. Great place to get care very friendly staff & the Dr Price is great
I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. The nurse line message center is full and can't receive anymore messages. The return time is 1 to 2 business days but it been over a week and I still have not received a call back. I just need my child's records.
