Lived here for almost 4 years, moved out last month. Management was wishy washy. Jessica was my favorite, but she's not with the company anymore. Was told I had an "unlivable" apartment towards the end and when I asked them to come and show me how that was, the director came next day and told me "nothing was wrong" but they still put me on "probation" (when anyone can come into your apartment without warning) because I 'did better on it than without it.'
