Your return policy is not friendly. I bought booties for my dog on 12/13. They didn’t fit my dog I went to return them today 12/28 and was told the return policy is 7 days. I will not be shopping at your store anytime soon and will do my pet supply shopping online from now on. This is poor customer service and you have lost a frequent customer.
Mounds Pet Food Warehouse I was told I'd receive my check on May 1st I have yet to receive that,also spoke with HR (Hilda) was hung up on regarding my check and given the most disrespecful and unprofessional comments. I asked for supervisor of the HR and wasnt given any info I regarding the disrespect. At this point I am just trying to get my check for the hours I worked.
