My wife Maureen and I have been treated here for over 11 years. Both Dr. Furland and her predecessor Beth Coleman Lorenz were perhaps the most comprehensive, skilled, hardworking, and competent doctors I have found in my 74 years. Likewise the staff has always been extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Thankyou everyone. Your service is deeply appreciated.
We are cash payers, and I've had the same billing problem multiple times; despite paying upfront with cash with a supposed cash paying discount, we were billed after the fact, receiving collection notices, even though the service was paid in full at the time of service. No matter how many times we call, we get the same voicemail and no one ever calls back. This is beyond the fact that they lost our paperwork and we had to spend a lot of time just trying to get seen there in the first place.
