I had shocking treatment at this surgery, lack of care and unwillingness to help on behalf of some doctors. Pointless complaining as well as most of the doctors are partners of the surgery....
We moved to this surgery approximately 18mths ago. All the staff, from receptionists, Nurses, GP's and attached staff have been excellent, all very professional, friendly and helpful.
Sue & the team went above and beyond. I was recommended by my sister to use them & they’ve gone above and beyond to get myself registered & referred to a specialist. The surgery is warm and welcoming, staff so friendly & all speak to their patients as kindly as you would your family. Thank you for everything.
Amazing surgery and GPs working here! I was at mounts medical before and the amount of negligence I received was diabolical! Moulton surgery has restored my faith in the NHS! They listen and act accordingly and explain everything! They have empathy, they care, and not only are they so so kind, they genuinely refer you and provide the right medication and tests! I'm so grateful for this surgery!
