Before I purchased my car, I made some demands. I wanted the brake calipers painted BMW red chilli colour and also asked for the car to be given a ceramic coating and on top of that, an extra years warranty. They met all my demands and even picked me up from my home when the car was ready for collection. You don't get this level of service from the BMW main dealers! Amazing. Other cosmetic issues that I noticed were also dealt with swiftly. The car was in absolutely in pristine condition. Thank you
