I am very unhappy with the service of MouldMen. I have had to call them out two years in a row as the mould returned even after installing a larger electric vent fan and painting the ceiling with mould treatment paint. The mould has returned despite not even reaching the 12 month mark after treatment. When I called the company I was advised they don't give a warranty so I am left with the mould problem and now I need to call a competitor. Impossible to get any customer service on any platforms , don’t waste your time !
We had MouldMen complete a two-part internal mould removal treatment at our home in early May, costing over $1,500 for a couple hours of treatment. This service targeted three specific areas inside the house. In early July, just under two months after the treatment, we noticed mould had returned in one of the treated areas. We immediately contacted MouldMen, providing photos and details of the affected area.
