NO GUARANTEE. We used mouldmen to remove mould in our property. Despite completing repairs and following majority of their advice to decrease humidity and moisture levels within the property and them advising us that the humidity/moisture had decreased significantly and was considered “dry” the mould returned to essentially the same degree only one month later. I contacted mouldmen and they quoted me essentially the same amount as the initial treatment - over 2 thousand dollars.
Mark attended our property to assist in the removal and treatment of impacted areas. Mark went above and beyond - not only performing the prescribed scope of work quickly and accurately but also voluntarily helping on a few smaller additional tasks that made the homeowners lives much easier. Whilst I hope I never have need of mould removal services again, if I did (or if a friend needed a referral) I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
No integrity with this company. They produced a false report when summonsed by the Tribunal to protect the landlord/real estate agent. The site where they were called out to remediate was omitted from the report - glaring dodginess. MouldMen, you’ve essentially ruined my young family’s life for that period by not acting professionally and independently - siding with real estate agents for your own commercial gains. Mouldmen are the worst/most dodgy/unprofessional 'remediators'. My realestate used them during my tenancy a little while back. They came out to inspect the mould and said after a very basic visual inspection that the issue was environmental - likely the aircon blowing mould spores around, lack of ventilation and also the trees that surrounded the property causing a lack of sunlight.
