We are very happy with the work done in our home to remove some mould on our ceilings. Jide was very professional from the time I submitted the enquiry until the time he left our property. I would recommend this company based on our experience. Another great point is that Jide is also a wonderful human. Thank you again Mould off for doing a great job!.
Please find a company that operate under the IICRC Standards for mould remediation. Unfortunately this company doesn't and their advice was not only incorrect but negligent. The owner of the business wanted to use chemicals to rub off visible mould but stated he couldn't provide the safety data sheet of the chemicals. I used their online form to request a quote. So far no response apart from an email copy of my request. Maybe they are too busy to bother with domestic mould, who knows. It would have been nice to get a response saying that, but businesses are so lacking in manners these days. Not impressed at all. Update: A very pleasant and helpful technician came to our home, checked the mould, explained everything, and gave some very useful advice. Much appreciated. Now 5 stars.
