I have been googling to find some companies for mould removal. I saw this comany was Bris based, and wanted more info. This is what i found. Mould Off services has listed a research paper under the heading 'The Science', which is supposedly 'proof' to support the mould removal process or chemicals they are using. We are very happy with the work done in our home to remove some mould on our ceilings. Jide was very professional from the time I submitted the enquiry until the time he left our property. Please find a company that operate under the IICRC Standards for mould remediation. Unfortunately this company doesn't and their advice was not only incorrect but negligent. The owner of the business wanted to use chemicals to rub off visible mould but stated he couldn't provide the safety data sheet of the chemicals. I used their online form to request a quote. So far no response apart from an email copy of my request. Maybe they are too busy to bother with domestic mould, who knows. It would have been nice to get a response saying that, but businesses are so lacking in manners these days. Not impressed at all. Update: A very pleasant and helpful technician came to our home, checked the mould, explained everything, and gave some very useful advice. Much appreciated. Now 5 stars.
