I believe Mould Cleaning Australia is negligent and I believe was agreeing to work together with the real estate agency downplay the extent of mould at my home. I'm a renter and had extensive water & mould damage at my home due to a roof leak for over a year. Mould cleaning Australia would just clean the roof, fumigate and ignore everything else. They don't have any mould testing equipment (at least the ones attending the property didn't when I asked) so had no way of telling if the mould was actually gone like they said it ... read more

We had an inspection may '24 where mould was incorrectly reported in my place. Despite multiple requests for this error to be amended They have refused to do so
Cant recommend it. Not reliable
Waited for extended period on phone to be advised books closed for NSW clients, please update phone messaging system to inform customers and avoid long waiting hold periods
