Would leave 0 stars is there was an option. I had an appointment booked in 20-7/26 between 1 and 1-30. Took the day off work to be there. I called them around 2-30 to see where they were at. Was told my appointment was booked in for 11am the week after. (Not even close to the time I was told) then they tell me there is nothing they can do? Now have now lost out of time and money from mould cleaning Australia incompetence. Very poor experience with Mould Cleaning Australia. They were paid by Strata to remove mould in my bathroom, but the same mould has returned in the exact same places. I’ve tried calling—only to be met with an AI agent and a disconnected line—and emails go unanswered for days. Even after Strata approved the rectification work, they still haven’t responded or scheduled a technician. This is unacceptable, especially when mould affects health and safety. I would strongly caution others before using this service.
I believe Mould Cleaning Australia is negligent and I believe was agreeing to work together with the real estate agency downplay the extent of mould at my home. I'm a renter and had extensive water & mould damage at my home due to a roof leak for over a year. Mould cleaning Australia would just clean the roof, fumigate and ignore everything else. They don't have any mould testing equipment (at least the ones attending the property didn't when I asked) so had no way of telling if the mould was actually gone like they said it ... read more

We had an inspection may '24 where mould was incorrectly reported in my place. Despite multiple requests for this error to be amended They have refused to do so
