Waste of time. Contacted them 2 months ago, they responded by text to confirm, which I duly did. Then nothing. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them via text and email 4 more times, still no appointment and not even a response. Amateurs.

Chose these guys as I thought the higher price would lead to a more professional service. Unfortunately the mould returned within 3 weeks. Mould Men accepted no responsibility but were happy to book a second treatment at full price. Save yourself the money and buy a bottle of Exit Mould
