Called when I was having a heart attack. I got voicemail. I left a message I was calling 911. Called again after I had surgery to put a stint in after having 'widow maker' heart attack. I was sent to voicemail again, this time for his PA. I left detailed voicemail. Day after hospital release got text message with appointment. Thought, Ok. I show up to appointment. Office has no clue I had a heart attack. 2 messages left. No messages returned during critical life situation. Decided it was best to change care provider.
Outstanding from the moment I entered the office. Competent, polite and courteous staff. Dr. Joumaa entered the exam room with a smile and commenced to hear my issues. He listened attentively, had reviewed my records prior to my appointment and shared his thoughts and conclusions in a clear and compassionate manner. Totally different experience from the NPF (No Problem Found) cardiology crowd I was beleaguered with for years. If you are fed up with the arrogance demonstrated by others, this is your breath of fresh air.
Love him!! He is incredibly knowledgeable. He listens, and he considers your whole body. He is the best at figuring out tricky conditions. He is understanding and adds a lighthearted note to just make you feel better. I had a few other cardiologist and they were not understanding and I never felt listened to. Dr. Joumaa is great. I see him in East China.
Best DR. give him high grades . Explains everything too you in terms that you can understand. Has a great bed side manner. Very personable . Wait time is great. Staff is also very great.
Very friendly physician. Explains every part of treatment. Staff at Henry Ford Macomb. Spoke very highly of him and his practice.
Spends time with you and answers all your questions.. One of the nicest doctors...
Best Cardiologist DR. there is. Explains everything to you i would not go to anyone else. Have recommended him to many people. Just love him.
