Great Doctor!
Great doctor, terrible staff. I have called multiple times to get a procedure scheduled that someone was supposed to have already called and scheduled. Every time I call, no one knows anything and they transfer me to someone else that is never available and I leave voicemails. The staff also discusses other patients' medical conditions between each other where other patients can hear what is being said. Pretty sure that's a HIPPA violation. I have learned more about other patients' medical history than I have my own.
Misdiagnosed my mom with a heart attack and COPD
Dr. Mouhaffel is my granddaughters cardiologist. When we had to call the office to make an appointment for a Tilt Table Test, the lady was so rude. It’s ashamed that these doctors allow ppl to work in their office treating the patience with disrespect. “It doesn’t cost anything to be nice” 08/26/2025
