Moughan builds some beautiful structurally sound homes but they cut a lot of corners and do some shoddy work.
I cannot begin to adequately explain what an asset Jim and Dave Moughan and their construction company is to the community and area. They built our custom home 7 years ago and we have loved it from the first day. Sadly, we have to leave the home we love to go to another state --actually for the happy occasion of being closer to our only child and his family. An AMAZING group of people from the top down. I cannot imagine getting through the building process without them. They made everything so seamless and easy and as stress free as possible. There have been no issues with anything getting taken care of or lined out with all of the different vendors involved. They had it planned out and lined up to perfection. Best decision we have ever made!
