Ordered my dumbbells in may and was told they would be here the first week of June…..then July…..then August. Finally got a shipping notification August 18th but the tracking info has yet to update. UPS says they have not received the item yet. And now I can’t even get a response via email or phone
Do not buy! I purchased and was told my set would be here in July! It’s September now and I still do not have my order! They just kept saying it was a port issue and now a shipping issue!
These are the best quality adjustable dumbbells on the market. Had the bowflex ones before, but these are far superior. The individual plates are cast iron, the handles are way more comfortable and I like the twist handle to adjust the weight rather than two knobs at each end. I also love that the size is consistent throughout and not cone shaped. So they feel more compact and very similar in size to traditional set weight dumbbells. The decabell dumbbells are awesome! They are easy to use and you get a huge range from 5-80 lbs in 5lb increments. They are also built sturdy and feel like quality materials. The only issue was that a piece of the cradle tray was broken off during shipping, but their customer service reps shipped me a replacement part the next day and it arrived 2 days later. Exceptional response times and customer service!
Great price for amazing dumbells and rack !! Great quality and feel to them. Highly recommend.
