Motus is an great place! Coaches are nice and no-nonsense. They give the kids directions and coaching but don't baby them through the obstacles. My kiddo's strength has improved so much and it's so cool to see her work hard to overcome different stations that she couldn't do before. She recently had her birthday party there and fun was had by all. A few kids signed up for classes afterwards because they enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!
Very family friendly gym. People of all ages training together. The new gym is very well equipped. Lots of space, lots of obstacles and they update them regularly. You might even see the Classy Ninja.
Motus Ninja is an incredible facility with a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, engaging, and made me feel right at home. Coach Zeke did an amazing job! He was informative, encouraging, and kept the energy up throughout the class.
