I initially was introduced to Motus for their Osteo services as I had a long-running back injury for the last 10 years which would constantly flare up. About 6 months ago I went all in and joined the gym for strength and conditioning to further support my recovery and build strength and mobility. I originally came to Motus Life for a remedial massage and noticed they also offered yoga and reformer, so I decided to sign up for a trial. I absolutely loved it! The classes are small and intimate, and the instructors really take the time to guide you through everything and make sure you’re comfortable. Such a welcoming space!
