Never again. I wouldn't recommend you, use you, trust you, buy off you. In fact VW as a brand. Never again. The level of insult, financial disadvantage and pain caused is beyond words, especially after telling you of my disabilities and need for the vehicle. You know exactly which vehicle and we will leave it there. I will always stand by. So disappointed today - arrived for opening time with an engine light on - all we asked was a plug in diagnosis so we could make a plan (carrying goods for a customer between Liverpool & London) - was told flatly they would not look at the vehicle - offered an appointment in 4 weeks. We appreciate companies cannot stop what they are doing just to help us but the attitude and general unhelpful tough-luck attitude was overwhelming. I own FIVE VW vehicles and incidents like this make me look elsewhere when adding to the Fleet. ... read more

Booked my vw crafter in for the sliding door not locking, got back to the dealership after a couple of hours and no fitters were working on the van basically ran a quick diagnostic on it and then started on a different van. I got told then to rebook it in as it needed the wiring checking and could take a few hours, admittedly it would need the sliding door taking off to check the wiring in the door but this can be done in less than 5 mins! I would never advise anyone against buying a VW, but would advise against buying one from this establishment, I would have bought my first Van from here, but guess what, although we viewed they couldn’t be bothered to talk to me, never judge a book?, so bought one elsewhere, so good was the experience elseware I bought another, sadly I booked both warranty work and servicing at the Cobridge site, absolutely awful, shoddy workmanship and unresolved faults during warranty, after service I was presented with a list of recommend... read more
