2.5/5 stars. This isn't a scathing rebuke and it is not a glowing endorsement. It's cautionary. At first Jeff was responsive and I felt we were on the same page but as soon as I paid a deposit that is where the communication stopped. The contract is super vague and has few if any specifics about what was discussed and agreed to. And when I asked to not start till it was ironed out they just ignored that saying "oh, we can do this, it'll be like you want" etc. There was no plan for the plants/shrubs (which in their contract f... read more
Jeff and Jordan were so great to work with. Jordan came the day before the work was to start and he spent a lot of time going over the plan design, suggesting different shrubs that he thought were better to give the design more of a balance, plus asking what type of mulch and stone we wanted v.s. them deciding. Their crew showed up the next day. We had a great experience working with Mott's to redo our backyard. They were professional, responsive and got everything done so quickly we were so impressed. Oscar, Jesus and their crew were such pros and did an amazing job! Highly recommend these guys, we will be hiring them for all our future landscaping needs.
