My parents ordered a dozen roses for delivery for my birthday, in June. Unfortunately, the roses barely lasted 5 days. I thought that odd. My family has been using Mott's for many, many years and nothing like this ever happened before. I know that a dozen roses are expensive, so I decided to call Mott's to discuss what happened. The team at Mott's created the most lovely custom flower arrangement for my mother in law's birthday. I asked for exotic and unique as my MIL is bit of an ornamental horticulture expert and Mott's came through in spades! The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and really listened, going above and beyond to find special flowers (like the cymbidium orchids!) for her special day. Thank you so much!
