I crocheted flowers for a bridal bouquet for my son and future daughter-in-law's wedding. I took the flowers to Mott's, and they pulled it all together into a beautiful bouquet. It was stunning.
Ordered a dozen white roses last Wednesday for a Thursday funeral... they charged my credit card that morning, did not go to the funeral.....found out Tuesday the flowers did not arrive, called Mott Wednesday morning, they called me back to inform me that the flowers were delivered to the wrong funeral and they would refund my money....did say they were sorry...... this did not help my friend who lost his mother Hal gibbs .. .
My parents ordered a dozen roses for delivery for my birthday, in June. Unfortunately, the roses barely lasted 5 days. I thought that odd. My family has been using Mott's for many, many years and nothing like this ever happened before. I know that a dozen roses are expensive, so I decided to call Mott's to discuss what happened. I spoke with the owner and when I explained the situation she sounded panicked, immediately offering to have the roses replaced that same day.
