We signed the lease without seeing the apartment in person and then drove 16 hours from out of state to move in. Unfortunately, after arriving and seeing the apartment for the first time, we discovered that it was in a condition that was extremely disappointing. We found multiple bugs/insects throughout the apartment, including in the kitchen sink and refrigerator. We are extremely pleased with the work done. Madison Dixon was very hands on and with a property that we are not local too, is important to have someone with boots on the ground. This property required upgrades in order for it to be rent ready. Madison walked us every step of the way. We hope to be working with her again on future properties.

My experience renting through Re/Max was deeply frustrating from start to finish and involved multiple avoidable issues with property condition, communication, and deposit handling. At move-in, the property was not in a livable or properly prepared condition.
