Great rate, easy process, and on time closing.
I have to say that we did close on the house we wanted to purchase and received a great rate, but that is the only positive things I can say. Our loan officer was extremely hard to get in contact with on a day to day basis and sometimes he wouldn’t respond for two or three days. Rarely responded to emails or phone calls, really only communicated through text messages. The worst part was we had to initiate every step of the process.
